The treasure trove that is Jeremy Ayres has given me cause for great gratitude, for all he has put forwards in the protocol and during this great challenge to bring about optimum wellness in the participants. 

I, for one, have seen an enormous transformation, from pain to painlessness, from excess to a more balanced weight and from feeling hopeless and helpless to feeling more energetic and optimistic.

Supported by Jeremy and his community, the benefits totally outweigh the challenges faced. All the efforts have been worth it because of the results seen so far.
