I AM 65YRS OLD AND NOW PHYSICALLY FEEL LIKE I AM 30 AGAIN

I started my 90 days in January 2022. I am 65 years old and now I physically feel like I am 30 again. I was overweight, tired, with aches and pains in my joints, and  fatty liver. I went total carnivore from the start.

Following Jeremy's protocol and listening and learning so much from his wisdom. Teaching me how to heal myself.

In the first 90 days I lost 10 kilos and inches, but all my aches and pains went and I can't believe how much energy I have. I can balance on one leg while getting dressed, and getting up and down doesn't hurt and I feel so supple again. Now I have lost more inches and 16 kilos altogether.

I am balanced out now and the fatty liver is gone. I am sticking to Jeremy's protocol for life! Everyone in the group is also so helpful and supportive, it's a life-changing group to be in.

I can't thank Jeremy enough for all that he has taught me about healing myself.
