Hi!, I'm Traci.
I came to find Naturally Better with Jeremey Ayers when he was initially interviewed by Mark Attwood, and he challenged Mark to do a 90 protocol as well as anyone on his channel who was interested.
It resonated so deeply with me, which was ironic because just 2 weeks before I told my 11 year old son I thought we should go vegetarian! But the mention of eating a fatty steak made my mouth water and I recall how I always steal the fat from the prime rib before serving Christmas dinner.
After doing the protocol more or less, adding lots of meat to my diet, I was really hooked. It wasn’t that I was seeing dramatic results, (that didn’t kick in until Spring 2023) but I was inspired because of the honest discussions, unapologetic salty humor and zero pretentions.
I have always looked to natural remedies, but 2020 really opened my eyes. I immediately found great affection for Jeremy, Graeme (Norbs) and Monique, and found I couldn’t miss an opportunity to hear and watch them interact with the community Q&A’s and the fantastic Vlog discussions in the gorgeous Lakeside District. NBWJA is a unique community of like-minded, awake and awakening people, and belonging was compulsory.
My background as a creative started in the theater and musical arts, which led me to a career in the film and television commercial business in Los Angeles for many years. In 2003, I moved back to the East Coast to be near family, raise my son, and I have been in the real estate business in The Hamptons, east end of Long Island, NY for almost 20 years. Time flies!
I spent many years investigating the entrepreneurial space, worked with a number of wonderful coaches in the last decade, highlighted by working with Kyle Cease, who inspired me to create a spontaneous one-woman show which… had many lessons attached.
Hoping to get back into the creative space, and also learn how to become more of a help here at NBWJA. Living in New York makes it a bit challenging to keep in timely touch, but looking forward to a growing the US membership.
